For our trade colleagues, we offer a fixed price nationwide tariff – negotiable by volume. This enables the retailer to expand their customer base to the whole of the UK and even Europe, without additional delivery concerns or extortionate costs. The sales force is empowered to sell to any potential customer, wherever they happen to live, without being distracted by delivery dilemmas.

Flexible and out of hours deliveries, floor protection, part exchange collection, interim storage, communication with the customer, and minimal “waiting in” time all come as standard with PIANOSPEED.

Our complete digital piano installation service includes; unwrapping, construction, exact positioning, demonstration of the basic functions, and removal of all packaging materials for recycling.  This is sometimes termed a "white glove delivery service", and is a term applicable to every one of our piano deliveries.

1.  The answer is always "YES".

For standard deliveries, there is no need to ask, can you deliver a piano from A to B, and how much will it cost.  The answer is yes we can deliver from A to B, and we'll liaise with you to arrange a convenient collection time and liaise with the customer to arrange a convenient delivery time.  The cost for 99% of delivery scenarios can be found on your ratecard.

2.  The answer is always "YES, it just costs a bit more"

For non standard deliveries, such as rigid dates, non mainland destinations, unusual access situations, crane work, again the answer is almost always "YES", but, as you would expect, such scenarios incur extra costs which may have to be investigated further.  We don't seek to exploit the situation, we would simply add the additional costs to our standard delivery charges.

STORAGE clean, dry, temperatue controlled and secure.

STOCKHOLDING Short of space?  Have your stock sent direct to our secure warehouse, for distribution when sold.

CASH HANDLING There are still customer nervous of completing the transaction until the product is in their living room.  For this reason, we can accept cash and bankers draft on delivery, on your behalf.

DISPOSAL We can remove unwanted and end of life pianos for disposal and recycling.
