Studio builds often present access challenges that do not appear in a standard removal job. Floating floor sections that cannot take the combined weight of a piano and a skid board need to be assessed before the crew arrives. Narrow doorways cut into acoustic treatment, loading bays at basement or lower-ground level, and rooms where the piano has to be walked in at an angle because of adjacent equipment racks all need to be planned.
We assess the access route on the basis of photographs, floor plans or a site visit before the move day.
